Studio 3 - Sawtooth Luces

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. These apartments built new in 2022 have been designed to offer everything you need in a small cozy downtown space. Local restaurants and bars are only a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Redfish Lake and multiple trailheads are within a ten minute drive. The space Enjoy a little kitchen, tiny shower room, sleeping and lounging space within your own private studio. You are welcome to park in our parking lot. Other things to note: We do not have televisions in the rooms . The studio has a single sink in the kitchen, there is not a separate sink in the bathroom. There is a small amount of damage to the wall paint and drywall and a door frame from a previous guest. The sofa cover was also damaged and at the moment we are using a throw on the couch until a replacement arrives. We are waiting on a contractor to repair. This note will be removed once the repair is complete but is current as of Sep 28th 2025 Our apartment building which contains 5 x studios is also used for housing our restaurant employees during the summer. This apartment is on the same lot as our restaurant Sawtooth Luce’s which is open 11.30am to 8.30pm daily.
