Guests are responsible for the cost of mid-stay cleans, due after booking confirmation. Cleaning fees are due 30 days before arrival. *One of the beds can be converted to King or Twin, kindly advise prior to your arrival. *The yard is not fenced. For safety, dogs must be leashed as there are active coyotes and even a bobcat looking for dinner.
