Full of outdoor possibilities: hiking/back-packing, ferry, kayaking, fishing, biking, and we are surrounded by forest. We offer many extras (Roku, wifi, movies, treats, bikes, table tennis, games, firepit, BBQ, etc.) and aim to make your stay 5⭐️! The space We have a beautiful property nestled in the trees with lots of outdoor space and a spectacular view of the town & mountains. There is an outdoor table and chairs fire pit, and multiple lawns or lounging areas to enjoy. Guest access You are welcome to use any of the outdoor spaces, lounging areas, chairs, BBQ, fire pit and more. Bring your own wood or purchase our bundles (6 logs) for $15. Other things to note Oct-Mar: RV is “boondocked” meaning we don’t offer water or sewage during cold season. Apr-Sep: RV is fully equipped with running city water and back-up fresh water tank, hot water, shower (indoor), sewage holding tank (black water), grey water run off (used water drains out rather than in a holding tank so you can shower as long as you like), fridge, stove, oven, microwave, TV, heating, A/C, and 30amp plug-in so you may use all outlets simultaneously without worry. *Awning is not functioning but there’s lots of shade and lawn chairs for your convenience.* When you arrive we will explain all the buttons and show you how to let us know when your sewage (black water tank) is full. NOTE: black tank is small, 114L (30gal) and needs to be emptied frequently. 1-2 guests approx every 4-5 days, 3-4 guests approx every 3 days. Putting used TP in bag provided extends capacity & limits potential clogging. When you are away from the RV, we ask that you remember to reduce heat to 15 °C/59°F and AC 24°C/75°F. As well, turn OFF heat or AC when you check-out. We have waived the cleaning fee to decrease your cost so we kindly ask that you take out your garbage and recyclables, and clean-up any dishes or spills to help make our job easier. Containers are located near garage for all materials. PLEASE separate compost, recycling, & garbage as we pay hefty fines for mixed garbage.
