Casa Alegre is a 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath 3 level house that sits on the beautiful black sand beach of Playa Junquillal. The over-sized windows of the main living area allow for the breeze and sounds of the Ocean to fill the room. The 3rd floor sundeck has a Jacuzzi tub for you to enjoy the sunset while sipping on a cocktail. Great area for sunbathing or to start your morning with Yoga and meditation. The space There is 1 flight of stairs to access the main house and a 2nd flight of stairs to reach the 3rd floor sundeck Guest access Guests have access to the whole house Other things to note As the 2 guest bedrooms are pool side it is NOT recommend for unsupervised children under the age of 12. Pricing information: The property access is determined by the number of guests in the reservation: - 1 to 2 guests: Access is limited to the upstairs rooms (kitchen, living area, master bedroom and upstairs bathrooms) and all outdoor areas. If additional bedrooms are required, they can be booked for an extra $60.00 per night per person and room. Please contact us to make arrangements. - 3 to 4 guests: Access includes the upstairs rooms (kitchen, living room, master bedroom and upstairs bathrooms), one downstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and all outdoor areas. If additional bedrooms are required, they can be booked for an extra $60.00 per night per person and room.
