Nordic Studio offers you everything you need to enjoy the vibrant surroundings of the City of Valencia. The space Spacious, cozy and bright studio decorated in a Nordic style, with clean lines, light wood and neutral tones. A space designed to offer comfort, functionality and a feeling of home during stays of several weeks or months in the historic center of Valencia. The studio has a magnificent 160×200 cm bed with a comfortable mattress and a fold-out sofa bed with a large interior storage compartment. This storage space is especially practical for storing luggage and keeping the accommodation tidy during long stays. It also has a 55-inch Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable area for work or study. The climate control includes hot/cold air conditioning and a ceiling fan to maintain a pleasant temperature year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking and has an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, tableware and cooking utensils. The private bathroom features a shower, hair dryer, and an electric radiator to keep towels dry and comfortable, especially during the winter months. Renters have free access to a common laundry area inside the complex, equipped with washing machines, dryers, irons, and vacuum cleaners. Sheets and towels are also provided, so you can settle in comfortably from day one. The studio is located in the heart of historic downtown Valencia, a short walk from the iconic Central Market, the Silk Exchange, museums, coffee shops, restaurants, stores and numerous cultural landmarks. It is located approximately 400 meters from the City Hall and 700 meters from the Estación del Nord and metro connections. You will also find a Valenbisi station very close to the accommodation and several universities within walking distance. The area is known for its magnificent gastronomic offerings, with restaurants serving Valencian and international cuisine, markets, bars and cafes. Thanks to its location, you can comfortably walk around much of downtown Valencia. Important information about the location: Nordic Studio is located right in the historic center, in an urban area that is central and full of life. This prime location allows you to enjoy Valencia practically on foot, although at certain times you may hear the usual sounds of city activity, especially on weekends and during local celebrations. People who are especially sensitive to noise should take this into account before booking. If you are looking for absolute silence throughout your stay, a residential area away from the center will probably better suit your needs. The accommodation is set up for a maximum of two people. Parties, smoking, and vaping are not allowed, and the complex's quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am must be respected. Guest access There is the Laundry area where you will access 2 washing machine and 2 dryers. There you will find a wardrobe where there will be ironing boards, various clothes soaps and irons as well. Just at the entrance to the building you will find a station in Valenbisi (bike rental system) Other things to note **THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER THE DECREE LAW OF 9/2024 OF 2/8/2024 OF THE VALENCIAN GOVERNMENT ** Due to recent requirements of the Valencian Community, we are obliged to request the signing of a CONTRACT for the days of stay, it will be requested before entry. This home is intended for mid-stay (minimum 11 nights) and does not offer tourist services. It is not a vacation or tourist accommodation, but a comfortable option for students, professionals or people in transit. It does not include breakfast, periodic cleaning or hotel-like attention.
