Home away from home! My family welcome you to spend time at this peaceful place. Sit and relax at any garden corners. Make yourself at home and feel free to pick any veggies/fruits in our garden to eat. Lots of birds visit here. A number of attractions are within 25 minutes' drive; e.g, Lake Illawarra, Wollongong Beach, Botanical Garden and Kiama Blow Hole. A great stop-over when needing a break from driving. Conveniently close to Dapto Mall and Kanahooka Park. Discounts for long stay. Free WiFi The space One spacious bedroom in a family home. The bedroom has a queen bed, a wardrobe, a large dressing desk, and a floor mattress. Inside your bedroom, you have everything you may need, including a hair blower, an iron and an ironing board, a microwave, a kettle, coffee, tea, milk, fruits, water, plates, bowls, a knife, a pair of scissors, and cutlery. Maximum of 3 people (including young children) are allowed to stay, providing that they are happy to sleep together in one bedroom (meaning two sleeping on the queen bed and the other on the floor mattress). If you’d rather have 2 bedrooms, please book this room together with another smaller room that I have. My family and I also live in this home, but we live in the extension part of the house. So, you still have your privacy, but you can reach us if needed. We have our own separate bathroom. You will share your bathroom with just one other guest in the bedroom next to yours. Lots and lots of gardens are around the house, including vegetable gardens- feel free to explore and sit and relax in any of garden corners. Don’t forget to try some of our organic vegetables! Guest access You can use the kitchen, the fridge, the washing machine the dryer, the counter bar, and the tables and chairs at the back. We provide complementary soap and shampoo, water bottles, tea, coffee, fresh fruits, and organic vegetables. Also, anything in the kitchen, such as seasoning stuff and olive oil, you can use. Furthermore, just like being home, feel free to use our coffee machine and make yourself some coffee. During your stay We love to meet people and would like to make you feel home. We are available to give you some hints of travelling around if you'd like. But we also respect your privacy if you prefer to be of your own zone. Other things to note - The property had a solar-only hot water system, with NO guaranteed hot water from evening time. The hot water in the bathroom can run out in the evening or at night time. So, please check the warmth of the hot water tank beforehand. If the hot water in the hot water tank runs out, it means you will not have hot shower. But, we can boil water for you to use in the bathtub instead. - Earlier checkin time or late checkout time can be requested, but might incur additional cost of ten dollars (case by case basis, depending on how early or how late). - If you come to our place by train, you can get off at Dapto Train Station. From there you have options: 1) Walk a bit to take Bus No. 33 in front of Aldi. 2) Call Uber (costing around fourteen AUD. Or, 3) If we are available, we can pick you up for a small fee of ten AUD.
