Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 7am. * Closest Metro station: For your convenience Potomac Ave Metro station is located on 700 14th St SE, Washington, DC 20003 which is 4 min walk from our place. * Parking Information: Please note that we currently do not have parking available on the premises. However, the neighborhood offers plenty of street parking options. It’s a safe and quiet area, so finding a spot nearby should not be an issue. * Accessibility Information: Please note that our property is not fully accessible as it features multiple levels and stairs. Guests who may have mobility challenges should take this into consideration before booking. * We provide high-speed internet in the unit. However, service interruptions from the provider may occasionally occur due to weather or high usage periods. While we cannot be held responsible for such interruptions, we will make every effort to work with the provider to restore service as quickly as possible. * Please note that utility services (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.) are provided by external providers, and while outages are rare, they may occasionally occur. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by the utility providers. In the event of an outage, we will promptly contact the relevant provider and do our best to facilitate a resolution. * Please be aware that during bug season, mosquitoes and other insects may be present, especially if doors or windows are left open.
