Located in the heart of Marsillargues, in Petite Camargue, it combines comfort, space and southern charm. Enjoy a spacious, bright living room with two large sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a children's dormitory that also serves as a playroom. The large terrace is perfect for your outdoor aperitifs. The whole place is fully air-conditioned for your comfort even during the hottest days. Close to shops, 20 minutes from the beaches of La Grande-Motte and Aigues-Mortes, 30 minutes from Nîmes and Montpellier, 45 minutes from Saintes Marie de La Mer (capital of the Camargue), or 1 hour from the Cévennes for a nature getaway! DESCRIPTION: A fully equipped open kitchen in the living room with a large table for 12 people, A cozy living room with 2 large sofas, TV and WIFI, and a large terrace of more than 20 m2 with a great view of the countryside. 2 large bedrooms with a double bed of 160 x 200 and dressing room with ensuite bathroom + toilet, 2 bedrooms with a 160 x 200 bed or two 80 x 200 beds, dressing room, A large dormitory, game room with 4 bunk beds and a covered terrace. A 3rd bathroom with walk-in shower. 2 other separate toilets. A high chair and a baby bed are available if necessary. Linens and towels are not provided but you have the option to rent them for €10 per set of linens and €5 for 2 towels (1 small and 1 large) 5 minutes' walk => bakery, tobacco shop, greengrocer and butcher shop. 10-minute walk => Super U. 5 minutes by car => Intermarché, Leclerc, Lidl, Netto... Free street parking in front of the house. I live next door, I will be present for your arrival, your departure and throughout your stay if you need. ⚠️ IMPORTANT / BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE: • Dishes are to be washed and put away. • Garbage cans must be emptied by you. (bathroom, kitchen…) ✔️ PLEASE respect the place as if you were at home and take care of it! The accommodation is to be left tidy and in a clean condition. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, located on the first floor of a village building. The accommodation is fully privatized during your stay, you will feel at home here. The house is just a stone's throw from the Vidourle, the river that runs along the village. It is a peaceful and pleasant place, ideal for walking or cycling in the heart of nature. The house is located in the center of the village, with easy and free parking nearby. All essential shops are within walking distance. On the ground floor of the house, you can store your bikes and/or strollers and then access the accommodation on the first floor by the Terrazzo staircase. Accommodation not accessible to PRM.
