The space For those preferring a less splashy entry, the 11-foot, double chaise lounging blue velvet couch provides the ultimate vantage point for the big-screen TV on the 14-foot porcelain tile wall. Comfort Beyond Compare: Retreat to your sanctuary with fireplaces in each room, king-size beds that promise sweet dreams, and heated toilet seats for a touch of pampered luxury. After a day of adventures, unwind in the steam shower—it's like having a spa at home! Adventure Awaits: Explore nearby hiking trails for stunning views and invigorating experiences. Check out Local Hiking Trails for some scenic routes. For dining, Victoria Bay Estates has an array of local restaurants you'll want to try. Don't miss Gourmet Eats for a fine dining experience or Casual Bistro for something more laid-back. The garage is not included with bookings. The dock is considered an off property assest. personal powered water crafts of any kind are prohibited without express written consent of the host. All guests must be listed when booking. Unauthorized guests will result in a termination of the rental contract or extra night charges. an unauthorized person is anyone not listed on the orginal rental that is spending the night inside the cabin. Access to the cabin must be given to the owner for maintenance and up keep of items, such as hot tub, sauna and steam shower. Notice will be given. The cabin is on a cistern and septic. which means if your stay is long than 2 weeks you may have to allow for refilling of the cistern and empting of the septic. Air conditioner must not be running with windows and doors open. fines of up to 250 per event may be imposed and possible eviction if repeated events occur While using steam shower hrv must be in use to keep humidity in check. set to 60 mintues. fines of 250 may be imposed if not followed Hot tub must opened for use then closed immediately after use. fines of 250 may be imposed if not followed. maximum 3 vehicles on the premises at anytime. failure to complie will result in termination of rental with no refund. Boats, side by sides and all other off road vehicles count as 1 vehicle. no rv or trailers permitted. maximum 6 guests. no exception unless you receive written permission from the host. 500 dollar fine per night that extra people remain on the property Furniture should not be moved in anyway. unauthorized use of Furniture may result in fines or possible eviction if repeat offenses occur. .When using outdoor furniture the cushions are located in the deck boxes or under the covers of certain pieces. Due to the potential of sudden wind/rain storms we asked that the cushions are put back immediately after use or covered with the appropriate cover. failure to due so could result in a fine. The thermostat is for keeping the house comfortable. extreme temperature swings can cause issues woth both the HVAC system and the house with mould and other moisture related issues. guests that run the ac or heat with windows open may be subject to penalties. There is a camera in the garage to protect against unauthorized access. Guests are not allowed in Garage area. There is a camera in the crawl space that monitors the water cistern to make sure guests don't run out of water. There is no access to the guest portion of the property with this camera. Rinse station (shower on dock) is for rinsing with bathing suits, or clothes only, no nudity please. There are many neighbors so there is no expectation of privacy.
