Chef Ana designed her own suite! Stay in a spacious and beautiful room with a vaulted ceiling, wall-to-wall tiled bathrooms, local woodwork, and fun details like art from Mexican women artists. Our property was featured on Netflix series “The World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals” and you will see why! Just steps away from our heated pool carved out of a volcanic rock you can relax in style and comfort! The space Totally new luxury suites just built in August 2024. These are the first rooms designed by Chef Ana to meet her standards. Each new suite has vaulted ceilings, incredible views, wrap around tile work in the spacious bathrooms, and nice little details like art from featured female artists from around Mexico. As featured on top 10 Netflix hit - “World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals!” Nicely appointed premium larger bedrooms with private bath. King or two twin options available in this room. Big breakfast every morning for two included (a fan favorite!). Chill in the Chef’s house with ample open-air terraces with elevated dining area with 360 degree view of the valley below. The property has an NOW HEATED pool carved out of volcanic rock, a vegetable garden and citrus orchard, and lovely hens who provide fresh eggs for your daily breakfast. Hang out in the house of the Chef! If you are lucky you may even meet Chef Ana as she lives next to the property. Chef Ana and La Villa Bonita have been featured on the Netflix “World’s Most Amazing Vacation Rentals,” Food Network, ABC, and PBS as well as Bon Appetit, Cooking Lights, and Vogue Magazine. Guest access You will have access to your guest room with private bath. You will also have the space immediately in front of your room for your exclusive use. The pool is recently renovated and HEATED! You may use the kitchen to cook with previous reservation but the kitchen is not considered a common area other than to cook. If you would like to use the kitchen you must make a reservation. We have glasses, plates and silverware for your use as well as cooking utensils During your stay We live next to the property and have a manager as well. If we are not there our manager will be available to help you 24/7. If you are lucky you may get to meet Chef Ana. Chef Ana has appeared on Netflix, Disney, the Food Network, ABC, PBS and in Bon Appetit, Cooking Light, Vogue Magazine, Fodor's Travel. Or better yet, ask about our award-winning cooking classes, gourmet chef’s table dinners, and traditional lunches which may be available! Other things to note Cooking classes can be added for an additional fee if we have classes going on and with a previous reservation at least 48 hours in advance. We just remodeled our pool and pool area for guest use. It is now HEATED!
