It is a spacious, rustic-style house, well ventilated, well lit, with a beautiful garden, with great space for children to play, suitable space for a home office, indoor and outdoor kitchen area, on a quiet street, 7 minutes from Campeche beach; 7 minutes from the airport; 17 minutes from downtown Florianópolis; 300 meters from the market; close to pharmacies, bars and restaurants, banks, hypermarkets, cinema, all the necessary amenities to enjoy the beauties of the south of the island of Florianópolis. The space In addition to the excellent location, the house is cozy but spacious, with a great leisure area, with a barbecue, hammocks, a playground for children, and most importantly, with a beautiful energy to enjoy the holidays with tranquility and joy. The house has a 43-inch smart TV with several movies available. Guest access On the upper floor, we have bedroom 1 (double), in an en-suite, with a closet and bedroom 2 (4 single beds); on the ground floor, bedroom 3 (double), bedroom 4 / office (2 single beds), a bathroom, large living/dining room (1 sofa bed), kitchen and laundry room; in the outdoor area, we have three parking spaces, a front garden, a playground for children in the back of the house and a gourmet space with a barbecue. Other things to note The upstairs bedrooms and the office have air-conditioning, the other rooms do not.
