The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking will be cancelled. ● CHECK-IN: After 4:00 PM – CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM - Self check-in with smart lock ● Driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles ● Towamensing Trails community amenities ● Community trash dumpster access ● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $50 each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated. ● Late checkout without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500 Other things to note Dog fee is $100 per dog. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can adjust the fees accordingly. We require that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID. Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, and flying insects may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability. NO FIREWORKS: A $500 fine will be incurred for use of any fireworks. No questions. This is because it is dangerous and can cause a forest fire. NO FIREARMS: Firearms are not allowed to be discharged at any time within Towamensing Trails community. NO GLITTER: No glitter allowed (inside or outside) NO INDOOR SMOKING: Smoking is only allowed outdoors by the fire pit. No smoking on the decks or in the hot tub. Cigarette butts must be disposed of carefully or in the firepit. A $500 fine for indoor smoking will be applied. TRASH AND RECYCLING: Trash and recycling - Guests will be asked to take all of your trash and recycling to the nearby community center (about 2 minutes away). WILDLIFE: The Cottage by the Lake is located on a wooded lot that has forest creatures. Most days you will see deer walking through the yard. It is best not to leave unattended food or snacks anywhere outside especially during grilling. Bears and raccoons do occasionally come to the Cabin, and we are diligent at keeping all animals wild. NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, DG Market, Wawa and CVS When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
