The space • There is only 1 off street parking space, but there is ample street parking • Max occupancy is 2 guests • Though the studio is private the property is not private, you will see other people in the parking/driveway area and hear people on the property • This is not a place to entertain friends as it is a studio apartment above a living space, parties are not allowed. 99% of the time none of the aforementioned subjects are an issue, but if you had other plans for your stay I wanted to inform you prior to booking. Guest access Guests have access to one parking spot in the driveway. You will have access to the upstairs studio as downstairs, and the front house are occupied by other tenants. Please be respectful of the city noise ordinance.
