The space Our condo features two master suites, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet and thoughtfully designed to cater to couples, friends, or families who appreciate privacy and a touch of luxury. → Master Suite 1: Step directly onto the balcony from this suite to enjoy sunrise views over the bay. The room features a new king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, Restoration Hardware and Potterybarn furniture, and a work desk ideal for remote work with a view. → Master Suite 2: This suite includes a custom queen-size Murphy bed that can be lowered for a restful night’s sleep or tucked away to open up the room for added flexibility—perfect for setting up a crib, creating a play area, or using the space for yoga or meditation. → The open-plan kitchen and living area make it easy to entertain or unwind. Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with top-tier cookware, a wine cooler, and everything you need for dining in. The quiet setting, along with 24-hour security and pet-friendly areas, offers a perfect balance for relaxation and adventure in Miami. Guest access → Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo and all amenities, including pools, gym, tennis courts, media room, yoga room and clubhouse. As Miami locals, we’re available to assist you throughout your stay. → Dog lovers welcome and please share that you would like to travel with your furry friend as we must approve them in advance. We are super dog friendly and so is the entire community with lots of walking and green space. Big and little dogs welcome as long as they are comfortable in luxury spaces and can leave the space as they found it. NOTE: There is a community registration fee of $25 (payable by check when you arrive) and they do require a saliva swab of your pup as part of their community dog poop control program. It takes about 1 minute when you arrive but is something to be aware of. Important Registration Instructions: →To ensure your access to all amenities and a seamless experience, all guests are required to complete a brief registration process through our community’s secure registration program once the reservation is confirmed which does include a $125 application fee to our community management. This must be done prior to arrival and I will sent the instructions as soon as your booking is confirmed. Parking is available through the guest gate at no charge and there is a a $25 fee for a decal, which provides access to the owners' gate (highly recommend). What You Need to Know: → Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $125 is required. → Documentation Needed: Guests must provide valid photo identification and a signed letter of authorization from the unit owner (provided to you upon booking). →Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the →Approval Committee to review and process applications. →Orientation: All residents must attend a brief orientation meeting prior to occupancy. This process is required to maintain the high standards of our exclusive community. We recommend completing the registration as soon as your booking is confirmed to avoid any delays. We are here to assist you throughout this process and ensure your stay is as effortless and luxurious as possible. Other things to note Our community requires a tenant evaluation form and a $125 application fee post-booking. Parking is available with a $25 fee for a decal, which provides access to the owners' gate. Stays over 31 days will require professional cleaning every 30 days during stay, one cleaning per month is included in the rate. Additional cleanings are available at the rate of $200/per cleaning and can be scheduled directly with the host.
