Only two hours from DFW area, the whole family will enjoy our Guesthouse on beautiful Lake Greenbriar at Holly Lake Ranch. Directly on the lake, across the street from the 18th hole, and only a few houses down the street from the restaurant and golf course pro shop and range. Whether you enjoy fishing, golf, swimming, pickle ball or tennis–it is here and waiting for you. The space The Guesthouse is a 2100 sq ft, 4 BR, 3 bath home, central air and heat, with all the amenities you would expect. Guests have access to community amenities including lakes, restaurant, golf course, pool, eight dedicated pickle ball courts, tennis courts, jogging path, disc golf course and more. Guest access The entire 4 BR, 3 bath Guesthouse, screened porch, fire pit, water front yard, dock and lake are available for your enjoyment. Other things to note Everyone can enjoy the lake view from the rocking chairs on the full length back porch, the yard and dock. For all the fun of the lake, we provide a 3 person canoe and a two person trolling motor powered fishing boat for your free use (subject to availability.) A 21 ft pontoon boat is available for rental, as well. Shortly after making your reservation you will be sent a COMPLETE information package regarding our property, the Holly Lake Ranch community and the surrounding area. There will also be a complete listing of our House Rules for your review and acknowledgment.
