The Condo overlooks what is call Lake Placid which actuals leads via a short channel just a few minutes to the 10,000 Islands in the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large screened in porch overlook the water. It has it's own dedicate boat dock and a boat storage area under the condo. There are many fishing charters/guides for both salt water or fresh water fishing. Restaurants are within walking distance in this small "Old Florida" fishing village.
