A quiet garden retreat in a the hip Inner west - a short stroll to local small bars, music venues and cafes. You can relax after big days sightseeing or enjoying the millions of exciting things Sydney has to offer. The Garden Studio is walking distance to public transport and has plenty of local on street street parking. With host nearby to give you tips and suggestions and lovely Kingston, the dog, to greet you when you come home - you won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The space Our little studio is a bit quirky. Set in the leafy corner of our garden it was built in 2020 to be a home office. Your private access via the driveway entrance. Your space includes some outdoor area with alfresco dining table if you are having a snack, simple breakfast or Ubereats. At this time there is no cooking facilities but we provide a kettle and little countertop fridge suitable for milk and few additional items. The fresh new bathroom is adjacent to the studio. You access it from your deck. It may be breezy so bringing a robe or pjs is a good idea. We live at the property in the main house. We are here to answer any questions or give you tips or directions as needed. There is WIFI and a television with google TV to access all the free to air channels, Youtube and on-demand platforms for Aussie channels. You can also log on to any subscriptions that you might have. Guest access Guest have access to the deck, the bathroom and studio bedroom. It’s a leafy relaxed environment. Registration Details Exempt
