The space This 2 stylish private room features a oh so plush queen size bed each and one of the rooms have an additional twin size floor mattress, you also have access to the balcony from one of the rooms, each room has it's own 55inc HD TV, both rooms share an enclosed Jack and Jill full bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas such as the kitchen and living room. During your stay, there might be other guests in our home. Other things to note We ask that you please maintain a tidy environment in our home out of consideration for everyone. This includes cleaning up after cooking or eating. We've invested significant time in creating a comfortable and welcoming space, and we aim to preserve this atmosphere for future guests and visitors. 2. Shared Kitchen / Groceries Policy This property has shared spaces. Guests must only consume groceries or food items that they personally purchased. Food items in the refrigerator, pantry, cabinets, or kitchen area may belong to other guests or the host and are not for public use unless clearly labeled as complimentary. Any guest found consuming food that does not belong to them may be subject to a replacement charge and/or an additional $25 service fee. 3.
