Downstairs: •Well-equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances. •Utility room with washing machine and drier. First Floor: •Bedroom one with super king-size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and views. Family bathroom with modern design and character touches. Large walk-in shower, bath, basin, WC, heated towel rail, and illuminated mirror. Second Floor: •Bedroom two has twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and views. The property is a beautiful mix of character features and modernity, making this a perfect retreat at any time of year. Outdoor Space: •Table and seating on the patio. •Garden mostly laid to lawn with beautiful shrubs, bordering a stream (take care), seating areas and panoramic views of the fells. •Parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars. Other things to note • 1 dog allowed, 2 small dogs on request. • The garden is on several levels and it borders a stream so caution should be taken when you or your four legged friend are wandering about this beautiful space. • Garden Maintenance: The gardening company may visit briefly during your stay always aims to avoid disruption.
