The house is located in a rural environment, surrounded by nature, so you will find land and air animals (insects, birds, dogs, cats, etc.). It is mandatory to bring repellent and sunscreen, as well as personal toiletries and towels. We provide you in the house: Sheets, hand towel, toilet paper, dish soap, body and hand soap. Vehicles with white or public service license plates are not allowed to enter the condominium. The water is not potable, but it is suitable for cooking. Inside the house is the bathroom, which has a cold water shower, sink and toilet (We provide toilet paper). The condominium has a noise policy, so it prohibits loud noises after 11:00 pm. Moderate volume is also recommended during the day. The house has a private parking lot for 3 cars and if it is not enough, the condominium has guarded bays where you can leave the vehicles without problems. When you want to use the condominium pool, you must wear a hair cap; you cannot consume drinks or food inside the pool area, but you can do it in the kiosk that is right next door. If you are going to use the BBQ, bring charcoal or firewood. You can't hang clothes on the balconies, the canvas or places visible from outside the house, the administration does not allow it, for that we have a clothesline and you can use the internal railings of the house. Don't go to the neighboring house so you don't have any problems or have to pay for something that gets damaged.
