Upstairs and downstair living rooms both have large flat screen TV's and couches. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakefront house. No pets or smoking, inside or out. No parties. Maximum of 10 people. When the dock is in during summer months it is available for guests use! The pontoon, jet ski, and side by side are not for guests use. The space 4 large bedrooms (2 king beds and 2 queen beds), 3 full bathroom, upstairs and downstair living rooms with large flat screen TV's and nice couches. Kitchen table seats 8, kitchen bar top seats 4. Lots of patio furniture to enjoy lake views! Guest access The full house and patios are available for your use during your stay. Other things to note This house is non smoking (both inside and outside). No pets. No parties. Maximum of 10 people at any one time. No gatherings larger than 10 people permitted.
