Strict limit of two guests, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and patio. Located between all major freeways; 405/91/110/710. We are a safe neighborhood with free garage parking. LAX is a short 20 minute commute and LBG (Long Beach airport) 20 minute commute. The space You will have access to the entire condo except one locked storage area upstairs. The entry level has a sofa bed, wet bar, full kitchen, powder bathroom, and patio. The private bedroom is upstairs with a full private bathroom. This is a non-smoking premises and no smoking permitted anywhere on the property, including the patio and garage! You will have limited wireless access. Guest access Guest can access my home, patio, and garage parking only. No access to community, sorry strict HOA rules. During your stay I will meet you when you check in and share all common areas.
