It is situated directly on the European cycle route R1/R2, along the Martin Luther Pilgrimage Trail, and very close to the Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve – ideal for active travelers, families, business guests and visitors traveling with a dog. The open-plan living and dining area is modern and thoughtfully designed, offering comfortable space for up to 5 guests. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and high quality: electrically adjustable box-spring double bed in the bedroom spacious sofa bed in the living area separate single bed baby cot for our youngest guests A fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining area and various ambient lighting options, combined with great attention to design and detail, create a warm and relaxing atmosphere – perfect for unwinding after an active or productive day. 🌿 Outdoor area & relaxation A shared inner courtyard offers a whirlpool (hot tub) for seasonal use from May/June to the end of September. A barbecue grill is available year-round and invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings outdoors. 👶 Family-friendly & well equipped Families are very welcome. On request, we are happy to provide: baby cot, high chair, bed guard, child-friendly dishes and cutlery, books, games, colouring materials, as well as toys for indoor and outdoor use. Additional baby equipment (e.g. baby bouncer or mobile) is available upon prior request. 🐾 Pets welcome Four-legged guests are very welcome. Berlin, Leipzig, Halle (Saale) and Magdeburg can be reached in under one hour. Guest access Access to the apartment is contactless. All further details will be provided in good time before arrival. Guests are also welcome to ring the doorbell upon arrival – we are happy to greet you personally whenever possible. Other things to note Non-smoking apartment (a designated smoking area is clearly marked in the courtyard). No parties or events. Guests are expected to be considerate of other residents.
