Single size and 4 inches thick per foam/floor mattress. These will be placed inside the room beside the king size bed on the floor. IMPORTANT NOTE: > For reservation/booking with 1 or 2 booked/declared guests only, they will use the king size bed only. No extra floor mattress will be provided. > For reservation/booking with 3, 4 or 5 booked/declared guests, they will use the king size bed and we will provide extra floor mattresses according to the number of booked/declared guests upon booking. > For additional guests who are not declared upon booking, extra fee is P300 per person. Kindly inform us before check in date the total number of visitors who will use the amenities. > During HOLIDAY SEASON, PEAK HOURS on WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS, admin and amenities personnel may implement 1 hour usage/limit of amenities per condo unit to cater also other residents/occupants and hotel guests. Host shall not be responsible to provide back-up internet and shall not provide any refund for the reservation. ========= HOUSE RULES: 1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit, inside bathroom and window area. Admin penalty is P5,000. It will be charged to the guests for any related violation. 2. Kindly declare the correct number of guests who will stay in the unit for the preparation of the beddings. 4. We definitely love pets, however they are not allowed as per admin and building policy. 5. We allow visitor/s in the unit who will not sleeping overnight. For any visitors sleeping overnight, additional fee is P300 per night. 6. We will greatly appreciate if all dishes are washed and cleaned after use or before check out. 7. Kindly leave the trash bags outside the main door of the unit between 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM only. 8. For any damaged appliances, items or furnitures, guests are responsible to pay for the replacement or repair prior check out. 9. Kindly observe proper check-in and check-out times. 10. Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 11. Prohibited activities include the use of illegal substances. 12. Please turn off the aircon when you leave the unit/room. 13. Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away. 14. Guests will be charged extra for any stained towels, bedsheets, pillow case, linens and blankets. ======= CANCELLATION, REBOOKING & ALTERATION OF RESERVATION: • CANCELLATION: Not allowed. This booking is non-refundable. Payment for the reservation shall be forfeited if you cancel. • REBOOKING/ALTERATION/MODIFICATION: We allow rebooking/alteration/modification of reservation at least FIFTEEN (15 DAYS) before the check in date of guests. One time charge of P1,000 per request for the rebooking fee shall be paid at least FIFTEEN (15 DAYS) before the check in date of guests. • CANCELLED/DIVERTED FLIGHTS: The host is not responsible for diverted or cancelled 3rd party transportation to the premises, cancellation policy still applies. • NO-SHOW POLICY: Your payment will be forfeited if you fail to arrive on your check-in date. Failure to arrive on the specified date will automatically forfeit the reservation. • FORCE MAJEURE: The host will not be held liable for services not rendered or for any loss or damage due to natural calamity, diverted or cancelled third party transportation to the premises as well as national and government mandated events. Cancellation policy still applies.
