Welcome to The Retro Haven -- our thoughtfully renovated 1953 home, combining cozy charm with modern comfort. You'll find two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a comfy living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee grounds, a Keurig, and all the essentials for cooking. There’s also an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. Located close to NC State, Lenovo Center, Downtown Raleigh, RDU, and more, you’ll have easy access to everything the city has to offer! The space Our home is designed for comfort and convenience, with cozy furniture, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you need for a stress-free stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short trip or an extended stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home. Living Space The open-concept living area creates a bright and spacious feel, making it easy to relax and stay connected. The living room features a super comfy couch and a large smart TV where you can log in to your favorite streaming services. If you’re working remotely, there’s a dedicated desk to provide a comfortable workspace during your stay. Bedrooms We know that a good night’s sleep is one of the most important parts of your stay, so we’ve invested in comfortable mattresses and cozy linens. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, nightstands with charging outlets, and closets for storing your belongings. Kitchen The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals with stainless steel appliances. You’ll find all the essential cookware, pots, and pans, along with pantry staples like olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, and a selection of commonly used spices. Appliances include a blender, toaster oven, and electric kettle. For coffee lovers, we provide a Keurig machine with pods as well as a French press with complimentary coffee grounds. Tea bags are also available for tea drinkers. And, of course, we have wine glasses and a wine bottle opener. Laundry For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use, and we provide laundry pods to make things easy. Outdoor Space The front porch features a classic porch swing, perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment on a nice day. The spacious backyard, while not fenced, is private and available for your pets to explore during your stay. Additional Amenities We provide an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, fresh towels and stocked bathrooms with toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Location Our home is centrally located near some of Raleigh’s top destinations. NC State’s Centennial Campus is just a few minutes away, while Downtown Raleigh and Dix Park are only a 10-minute drive. The Lenovo Center and RDU Airport are just 15 minutes away, making this an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. In addition, we're nearby grocery stores & many restaurants.
