Next door to the living room area where a very beautiful green sofa is located, ideal for meetings and watching the Smart TV 55, which if you prefer you can place it in the bedroom. In the bedroom you can enjoy a magnificent bed with spring mattress of 1.60 x 2.00 which makes it more than comfortable. The bathroom has an electric radiator to keep you in winter the dry and nice towels after the shower. If you want to wash/dry your clothes you have a Laundry in the common access hallway, where you can do it totally free since our tenants should feel comfortable and access these types of amenities. Everything designed with low consumption technology to also take care of our environment. Guest access The entrance to the common hall you will do with a unique and exclusive access key for you and your companion, then you will enter your apartment with traditional key. You will have access to washing machines and dryers with everything you need. There you will also find plancha and the respective table and if you need to clean there is a vacuum at your disposal. Just at the entrance to the building you will find a station in Valenbisi (bike rental system) Other things to note **THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER THE COVER OF DECREE LAW OF 9/2024 OF 2/8/2024 OF THE VALENCIAN GOVERNMENT ** Due to recent requirements of the Valencian Community, we are obliged to request the signing of a CONTRACT for the days of stay, it will be requested before entry.
