This on-mountain, family-friendly, four bedroom, three-bath multi-level townhouse in the Timberline section of the Sunrise development has it all – location, comfort, room to spread out, and did I mention location? This end unit is one of the larger units in Sunrise and is a ski in/ski out property which means it offers the convenience of being a stone’s throw from your own trail and lift. During typical winters the Sunrise lift operates late December through early April. For rentals before or after these dates Bear Mountain lodge is a quick five minute drive or less away via car or shuttle. The townhouse easily accommodates 10 people. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen, top end, extra thick mattresses in the bedrooms, awesome long range views and personal in-unit sauna are among some of the other features you’ll find here. It is a three floor design with the lower level featuring two bedrooms (one with a queen, the other a bunkbed and a queen) and a full bath; second level boasts a bedroom with queen bed, living room with wood burning fireplace and dining area, deck, as well as fully appointed kitchen and full bath; the top level has the master bedroom (king) with its own bathroom with two-person jetted tub and deck.
