A spacious and inviting three-bedroom house situated a few minutes away from the A1 and 10 minutes from central Doncaster. Recently renovated in September 2024, the house is perfect for families visiting the area or for contractors working locally. The space If you're seeking a tranquil getaway with convenient access to the A1 or major towns such as Doncaster or Rotherham, look no further. The space is modern, warm and cosy, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including super-fast WiFi and a Smart TV (with Netflix, YouTube, iPlayer etc). Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an inviting and spacious living room which leads onto a separate dining area. Upstairs you have three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a super-king sized bed, and the third has a super-king sized bed that can be converted into two singles upon request. This allows for a maximum of six guests in the property, or five separate beds. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/ freezer as well as a washing machine with washing powder provided. The property has a spacious back garden for you to kick back in and enjoy the summer rays (when we’re lucky enough to have them!), or let your little ones run around in whilst you enjoy a cup of tea.
