There is free parking, along with 24/7 security. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. A damage deposit of 20000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Children are welcome. Child sharing existing bed with adult (Aged 0 - 6 years old) is free. Extra beds are not available. Makeup cleaning is provided every 3-4 days, and bed linen and towels are changed once a week. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1300 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 200 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 300 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
