The building amenities are accessible for a FEE: Amenity Fee is based on amenities you wish to use during your stay and to be paid in the admin's office: -One-time Registration Fee of 250php Per guests above 8 years of age will be collected upon checking in at the Concierge/Admin. Failure to make payment prior check-in will forfeit the reservation. - Swimming pool + Gym = 500php/person/day - Swimming pool + Kid's indoor playground = 500php/ person/day - Spa + Sauna room = 500php/person/day Please note that pools are CLOSED every Monday for maintenance. Other things to note ‼️ STRICTLY NO SMOKING 🚭‼️ - Smoking is strictly enforced throughout the Unit and Property, Possible fines 5,000-10,000 ‼️ NO PETS ALLOWED ‼️ Parties are not allowed in the unit (inc. bachelor, bachelorette, birthday parties and etc) Garbage are collected daily at 7:00am and 6:00pm. Place the placard/door sign on the doorknob and the housekeeper will ring the doorbell for garbage collection. ***PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE AT FRONT DOOR OR IN THE HALLWAY*** Garbage violation will be fine 5,000 php for the first offense. → Streaming applications' log-ins are not provided → Cable is Available → We provide a complimentary starter pack designed to get you started, although it may not suffice for the entirety of your stay.
