In the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, we welcome you to a single-storey family house in Brochon, a pretty little village of 600 inhabitants, at the foot of its 19th century neo-Renaissance castle. The space The house, 110 m2, is equipped with air conditioning in the common area, and protected by an alarm. It consists of: - An entrance - An open kitchen with a living room (TV, sofa, armchair and coffee table) and a dining room (table for 6 to 10 people with additional chairs) - A bathroom with double sink and bathtub, equipped with a washing machine and dryer - A toilet - 4 bedrooms: o A master suite (1) equipped with a double bed (140 X 190), sink and walk-in shower o One children's room (2) with a pull-out bed for 2 beds (190 X 90) o One bedroom (3) with double bed (140 X 210) o One bedroom (4) with high quality convertible and Italian-made mattress (140 X 190) Sheets are provided, as well as towels and pool towels. In each double room, you have a clothes rack because we do not allow access to our closets. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas hobs, fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, as well as all dishes and cooking utensils. Outside, the covered terrace is equipped with a table that can accommodate 8 to 14 people (additional chairs in the shed), a charcoal barbecue, a 4 m X 8 m swimming pool, 2 deckchairs, 1 daybed and 2 garden chairs. The 400 m2 garden has a swing and a vegetable garden. You also have 4 large clotheslines at the bottom of the garden, as well as a removable drying rack. Finally, the garage driveway can accommodate 3 cars. Parking at the end of the street is available as needed. Check-in is in person, or through a trusted person, or by a lockbox. We do not give you access to the cellar or garage because we store our belongings there. We practice waste sorting and composting of green waste At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to clean and return the house as you found it. Located between Dijon and Beaune, you arrive by the A6 or A39. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is a tourist city in the historic city center. You will discover the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie, many museums, restaurants, wooded parks and the famous Lac Kir. Its "climats" are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beaune, meanwhile, a jewel of Burgundy, is famous for its vineyards, medieval hospices and its Cité Internationale du Vin. The Route des Grands Crus, the first "Wine Route" in France, will take you between Gevrey Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée, Clos de Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Volnay, Meursault or Chassagne-Montrachet. You can also discover beautiful walks and hikes in the surrounding area: the Brochon Forest, the 100 steps of Napoleon in Fixin, the GR7, the Rente de Chamerey, the Sentier Bâtier, the Combe Lavaux, the Sentier des Roches, the Boucle des 3 Châteaux. For bike and cycling enthusiasts, many routes are available, as well as bike rental 2 minutes from the house. A stone's throw away, you can access the Ouche Valley: a superb natural area, crossed by the Ouche and the Burgundy Canal, it has retained its authentic character that makes it a preserved destination for sports and nature lovers. Finally, Brochon welcomes you with 2 children's parks, a supermarket, a medieval church as well as the local shops necessary for your stay.
