Buffet for storing dishes and various appliances. Large TV. Two beautiful bedrooms (new bedding) containing two double beds 140*200, bedside table and storage cabinet and dressing room. Beds are made upon arrival by us, sheets are provided. Bathroom with two sinks and mirror, radiator and towel dryer. Separate toilet with household storage. Escape games for children with toy chest available. Travel cot, children's playpen and high chair available. *Upstairs: Beautiful bedroom with 140*200 double bed as well as two 90*200 single beds, with bedside tables and storage cabinet and dressing room. Shower room with toilet and mirror. Bedroom in a row with sofa bed 140*180. Storage space with ironing board and a large mirror. Living room/bedroom with sofa with comfortable chaise longue and convertible into a real double bed with 140*190 mattress, TV. *Basement: Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. *Outside: Large enclosed garden of 500 m² with sheltered dining area, outdoor table that can accommodate 14 people, small table for children. Deckchairs and barbecue available. *Additional information: Parking is available in front of the house, multiple free parking spaces. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. A visit of the property and additional explanations will be made upon arrival (or by phone if arriving via the key box) :) Security deposit check of 800 euros requested (hand-delivered if exit with hand-delivered keys, or destruction of the security deposit check with supporting evidence if exit by key box after inventory within 48 hours). Other things to note Feel free to contact us for any requests. Check-in/check-out times negotiable depending on check-in/check-out of previous/future tenants. Access to the property is limited to 14 people. No parties. No smoking inside. Pets not allowed. Do not throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper. No grilling under the trees. Fireplace strictly forbidden. Security deposit check of 800 euros requested. Any damage or theft (decoration or other) must be reimbursed.
