Description
This is an idyllic estate resembling a pastoral poem, facing the serene expanse of the Eildon lake. From the porch, or even from the master bedroom’s bed, you can revel in the lake shrouded by gauzy mist, the amber clouds of sunrise and the orange-yellow glow of the sunset. The actual area of the estate spans over one square kilometre, with the shoreline extending 7km. You can stroll around all the vast areas around the house. The space The property has six bedrooms and two bathrooms, this light filled home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 friends or group of families. Take full advantage of the lake for all sorts of activities like boating, fishing, swimming, or water skiing. You can conveniently launch and moor your boat or jet ski near the house for a relaxing day on the water. Take a leisurely stroll along the serene lake shore, or unwind on the verandah with a glass of wine. The spacious lawn is perfect for kids, allowing them to run, play games, and have a great time. Activities that you can fully enjoy in the estate: - BBQ - boating(Canoes are available) - fishing - swimming - water-skiing - yacht or jet ski driving(please bring your own) - Climb to the hilltops for a panoramic lake view - 3 peninsulas in the lake with hiking trails - Bushwalk through the woods - Walk along the lakeshore Surrounding the house you can often spot various wildlife like: - Vibrantly coloured king parrots - Wild ducks gliding across the pond - Quietly grazing kangaroos - etc. There are two residential areas with 6 rooms in total - 4 Bedrooms in the main residential house - 2 Bedrooms in a apartment (1 min walk) - Each with a queen-sized bed, accommodates a max of 12 people. Guest access BEDROOMS Main Residential House - Master bedroom – King-sized bed with en-suite (Lake view, walk-in closer, private shower and pedestal basin) - Bedroom 2 – Queen bed - Bedroom 3 – Queen bed - Bedroom 4 – Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 4 share a large bathroom and toilet. Separate Residential Area (1 min walk) Bedroom 5 – Queen bed Bedroom 6 – Queen bed BATHROOM - Shampoo, bodaywash - Bath towels - Toilet rolls KITCHEN The stylish white kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, and scenic views, making cooking a pleasure. Dinnerware & Glassware provided. LIVING ROOM - Comfortable coach - Fireplace - Wi-Fi - TV DINING ROOM - Dining table & chairs VERANDAH - Coach Other things to note While we don’t have a heating system, a fireplace is available, and we also provide firewoods. Some Local Attractions: Jamieson township - less than 5min drive, a lovely town at the end of Lake Eildon with a serene park near the lake perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. You also can find the amazing Goulburn River, heritage walk, small gallery and car museum plus much more. Mansfield zoo - 15min drive, you can buy food to feed different animals, great time pass for children. Mansfield - 25 min away and offers an abundance of cafes & restaurants. Mansfield mini golf - 25min drive, fabulous place to go with children, you can enjoy some freshly cooked cinnamon and jam donut, as well as gelato in 10 flavours. Boonie Doon Bridge - 40min drive, a tranquil and beautiful park. Sandy Creek Fall - 40min drive, great scenic point with a stunning fall. Mt Buller - 60 min drive,a great place for skiing. Other things to note ⚡️ELECTRICITY USE⚡️ We use polar panels to generate electricity, so the electricity can be limited in less sunny days. We do have a generator available, but please conserve electricity and gas to avoid inconvenience due to a power outage (possible in consecutive rainy days). 🔥 Heater 🔥 There’s no heater in the house, we use fireplace instead. Please bring some extra firewood if required. 🐶🐱 PET Fluffy friend is allowed in this property BUT NOT INSIDE the house. We have prepared a pet house right next to the property for them to stay. 🚮 🗑️ RUBBISH Guests are REQUIRED TO TAKE ALL RUBBISH with them when check-out, due to the availability of bins. PLEASE NOTE: For hiking and lake activities, please prioritise safety.
