Bourbon and Wine Bungalow

Come and stay at the Bourbon and Wine Bungalow. Located in the Capital City of Frankfort KY. In the heart of the Bourbon Trail. Very close to several big-name distilleries including Buffalo Trace, Castle & Key, Whiskey Thief, and many more. The house has 3 large bedrooms, large kitchen, dining room and den area. Plus, excellent outdoor deck area for entertaining and grilling. There are several restaurants and shopping nearby. Also, a short 10 min drive downtown to the beautiful state capitol. The space Please come and stay at our beautiful home located in the heart of our state capital Frankfort, KY and also on the famous BOURBON TRAIL. There are so many things to do in this beautiful city. Including visits to the beautiful State Capital, the Bourbon distilleries, Vineyards, Horse races (Keeneland), KY Horse Park, and many other things in close proximity to this home. There are also, several beautiful Wineries in the area. If you are into wine there are a couple of nice local wineries close also. They are Prodigy Vineyards & Winery, Wild Side Winery, Lovers Leap Vineyard, and Equus Winery. Just to name a few. The house is right off one of the main HWY's in Frankfort. It is close to several restaurants (both sit down and to-go), grocery stores, and great shopping. This house has 3 bedrooms (including a primary bedroom) and each bedroom has a fun theme. 2 full bathrooms (including the primary bath), nice stackable washer and dryer, full size kitchen for all your cooking needs, dining room with large table that sits up to 8 people, coffee & tea area, and a large den/living room with a electric fireplace. The den has doors that lead you right out to the beautiful back yard and deck area. Outside is a beautiful walk around ranch style deck with seating. This area sits up to 6 guests. Also, there is a picnic table on the other side of the house to sit at while you are grilling out your dinner. We have supplied a charcoal grill and smoker for your outdoor grilling needs. Please note that when booking this house you acknowledge that this booking is for 6 adults only. Please no children since the house is not set up for them. Thanks Guest access Guests have FULL access to the whole house inside and outside, minus the attached garage. This is not available for use during your stay. This is for the owners use only. Sorry. Other things to note **NO MORE than 6 guests staying the night! **ADULTS ONLY (No Children) **There are also no handicap ramps or anyway to get to the inside of the house. Not handicapped equipped.
