Our cozy home sits on a quiet street with very little traffic, on a large lot, with direct access to the water front. The lake front lot is in a quiet cove. You can tan, swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, or just sit on the large screened porch and enjoy the amazing view. The space This home is surrounded by woods and wildlife and offers a great layout with two bedrooms and one bath on the main level, and two bedrooms and one bath downstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. One downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a bunk bed (full bed on bottom and single bed on top). Main living area has a large dining table, two large sofas, and a comfy chair. Large TV in living area with YouTube TV, Netflix, etc. Upstairs offers a very large screened porch with a swing, other seating, and a large picnic table which is perfect for kids or for playing games. Downstairs offers a fantastic media room with theater chairs and a large TV. The main downstairs area also has a great high top table perfect for games or eating. We offer a paddle board, two kayaks, life jackets, and fishing rods. Bring a boat or rent one near by at Twin Rivers Landing and dock at our large dock. There is a public boat ramp just a few miles away at Harris Landing. Just minutes away by land or water from several Lake Greenwood restaurants like Harris Landing and Break on the Lake. Our property is very close to the sandbar which is a common attraction if you have a boat and want enjoy a great place to swim. Very well stocked kitchen that offers everything you need. Approximately 20 minutes from downtown Greenwood and Lander University, and 20 minutes from Ninety Six National Historic Site. Guest access The home is in a private setting with great water frontage. Guests have full, private access to the home, yard, and dock. Other things to note The home comfortably sleeps 8 but also offers a queen air mattress if you need it.
