In a quiet neighborhood on a street filled with charming older homes. We have a fenced in backyard with a patio firepit dining area a hot tub and outdoor television. Upstairs area is all newly remodeled and has a unique flare. Perfect space for short term rentals. Laundry available if needed. Kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. Favorable to those who enjoy skiing/snowboarding at Granite Peak. We do have a cat named Billy. The space Kitchen and bathroom are on mainfloor and are shared spaces. Guest bedroom is upstairs and includes a separate space with 2 futon and a television. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas of the home. Entry is through front or backdoor. Key lockbox in the event you have to check in and host is not available During your stay Guests are free to call or text at anytime before and during your stay.
