Guest access Guest will have access to entire house upon the booking and duration of the stay. Please use keypad to enter through the front door for self check in. Other things to note * no vaping or smoking inside of house. Please respectful to non-smokers and we would like to keep our place fresh and clean for everyone. * You have 100% responsibility for damages caused by you and your group during your stay. * We are located in a quiet neighborhood, would kindly ask you to stay quiet while outdoors from 10pm - 7am while you stay. * For longer stays, Trash can goes to curb Monday evening for early Tuesday morning pick up, recycling is every other Tuesday. Please take it back to garage during your stay. * We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general grounds keeping. * Please note that the fireplace is not operational. *SummerRidge Ranch home is also PET FRIENDLY(We did request a non-refundable pet fee of $65 and limited to 1 pet up to 50lb! Please check that you are bringing a pet at the time of booking and add the pet fee) Please be respectful of the space for future guests by not allowing pet on bedding and furniture.
