Large and great cabin, built in traditional Norwegian building style. The cabin is located in Åsen Hyttefelt (Nesset). There is a paved road up to the door with parking on the plot. The ski slopes are outside the door (Nesset), and the nearest ski resort is 6 kilometers away (Tjørhomfjellet and Ålsheia). The cabin is primarily rented out to families with small children and adults over the age of 25. Plenty of room for two families. The space The ground floor consists of a spacious tiled hallway with underfloor heating. Here you will also find a fully tiled bathroom with shower, sink and wall-mounted toilet and heating cables, 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while one has a family bunk bed. The third bedroom is locked for private use. The first floor also consists of a living room with fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a dining room with a long table that accommodates 14 people. The second floor consists of a loft living room with a pull-out bed (double), as well as a double sofa bed, a fully tiled bathroom with shower, sink and wall-mounted toilet and 2 bedrooms with double beds. In the living room there is also a TV with Chromecast and Bluray/DVD player, as well as a game table. From the dining room there is a terrace of about 80m2, with a great view of the Sinnes area. The terrace is equipped with 2 fire pits from Espegaard, wooden lounge chairs, as well as a Weber gas grill. There is a gravel road up to the door with parking on the plot. For cars that are poorly shaded there is also guest parking a few hundred meters down the hill. Other things to note There are opportunities to rent towels and bed linen if needed.
