Private 2 story condo in guest suite The space This is a new listing! The condo is attached to our main house which is tucked away in a quiet, small neighborhood in Munster Indiana. Downstairs there is a 1/2 bath , a living room, dining space, large tv and kitchenette with electric cook top and convection oven/air fryer/ microwave for all your baking and cooking needs! There are two large closets downstairs and 2 entrances as well as a washer and dryer combo. Upstairs you will find a king bed, desk/ work space, walk in wardrobe closet, bathroom with walk in spa shower and a double sink. In walking distance is Wicker park with bike and walking trails and golf. There is also a mini mart in walking distance, and many shops and amenities close by! We are 5 mins from the highway for easy access to Chicago. Guest access You will have access to 1 garage space. There is a front and back entrance to the guest suite and a emergency exit from upstairs. All doors have key pads. Other things to note There is a mini fridge in suite but you do have a full size private fridge outside the front door in a covered car port that is yours to use!
