The space Mountaintop Estate with spectacular views in the sunny Laguna Seca area conveniently located within a short drive to Laguna Seca, Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We are just down the road from The River Road Wine Trail. The Mountain House is a 2,800 sq. ft. multi-level mid-century ranch set on 2.5 fenced acres, all professionally landscaped with big back and front yards, and many Oak and Eucalyptus trees. Very private and gated with parking for 4 cars. Large multi-level decks all around the house. House has 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths and has a gourmet kitchen, living room space, formal dining room, another formal living room with built-in bar and a 60 inch flat panel TV. The residence also has space heaters in each room, two wood-burning fireplaces, and a laundry room. One large master bedroom with a king bed and two adjoining queen bedrooms with additional full bath with jetted tub. House can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Contact us if you need accommodation for more guests. Owner resides onsite in a guest unit separated from the main house. A very special afternoon! Hikers and Mountain Bikers will love the Fort Ord National Monument, which runs behind our property. A trail head is just down the road from us!
