Executive Retreat Near Temple/Luxury Setting

Brand-new build was designed with comfort, modern convenience & luxury. This 1000 sq ft. space has plenty of living space, a full-sized laundry room, bedroom, kitchen & living area. GIANT patio/balcony/ full access to the lower patio & large pool. This is a GUEST HOUSE, but you will have **amazing privacy** for pool, fire pit, balcony. brand-new queen bed (also queen-size double-high air mattress available) . 1.5 bathrooms, top-of-the-line appliances Exclusive area NOT A PARTY SPOT The space This is a true mother-in-law apartment that is part of our property, however, our mother-in-law, and father-in-law… Aren’t quite ready for an apartment on our property. You will enjoy privacy- the apartment is 100% unattached, and has access to the lower-level private pool and firepit during your stay. Your comfort is the most important consideration and we will make sure you are well taken care of. If we are in town, we can take care of anything immediately. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES UNLESS CLEARED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. We allow guests to visit pool before 10 PM, and after 8 AM. Apartment is a small space, and not equipped to handle more than 4 people. We are on-site most times. Guest access There is a keypad for the door, which allows for locking and unlocking for access. There is high-speed, wireless Internet, and the TV is a smart TV, but definitely would benefit from someone who has used one before :-) Other things to note NO PARTIES! This property is meant for up to 2 overnight guests total. Your guests are welcome from 8AM - 10PM. We live in a quiet, professional neighborhood and ask all guests to be respectful of our property and those around us. No drinking alcohol while in pool, no smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises. Please do not sit on upholstered furniture with wet clothing. Please do not eat food on the sofa. Please clean the stovetop/oven/range if you use it.
