Peaceful Granger Retreat

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay while in South Bend! Note this is a separate apartment within a home, with its own entrance and staircase. We will be home but will not bother you unless you need something to make your stay more comfortable. The space features two comfortable beds (king and queen), a separate bedroom and closet, full bathroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen with full-size fridge and stove. It is kid-friendly with outlet covers. The space A few details to note: 1) Our space is cozy and not meant to host large groups of people or parties. 2) We have a TV that offers basic channels and smart apps access via Roku, through which we ask guests to use their own logins. WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE! As such, please plan accordingly. 3) For football season, we kindly request at least 2 nights per reservation. If you make a request for 1 night during the season, we would only accept at Saturday night’s pricing, though we reserve the right to decline to prioritize longer bookings. Thanks for your understanding! 4) We do not accept 1st time Airbnb guests. Thanks for your understanding. 5) We are a 15-minute drive from Notre Dame’s campus and a mere 7 minutes from the Mishawaka Fieldhouse! Guest access You have access to everything in the apartment, as well as the washer and dryer in the entrance foyer.
