The space This elegant apartment for 4 people is located in a villa consisting of two independent apartments. Here is the first apartment, designed to offer comfort, privacy and a stay with attention to every detail, at any time of the year. THE ROOMS The large and bright double bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed that guarantees a quality rest. There is also a work desk, ideal for those who want to work remotely in a quiet environment. The room with two single beds is cozy and well organized, perfect for ensuring comfort and functionality. Quality bed linen is included in both rooms, ready to use. KITCHEN WITH EXCLUSIVE VIEW Fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, stove, and everything you need to cook independently. It overlooks the pool, an evocative and impressive setting that makes every moment – from breakfast to dinner – even more special. ATMOSPHERE AND CONTEXT The villa is entirely set on ancient stone, an element that gives it character and authenticity, and is surrounded by our orchards (olive trees, almond trees, walnuts and other crops), which make the environment private, natural and evocative. ️ℹ️ The pool and parking lot are shared spaces with the second apartment in the villa. Guest access Upon arrival, guests will be warmly welcomed and, after a brief guided tour of the apartment, will receive the keys to the accommodation and the keys to the automatic gate directly, ensuring easy, safe and completely autonomous access throughout their stay. The entrance is independent, allowing you to enter and exit freely, in total privacy, and to enjoy the apartment and shared outdoor spaces in complete tranquility.
