Charming tiny house with two floors, nestled in the heart of the Burgundy countryside. Completely renovated, this small house combines modernity and rustic charm. Located in the Chatillonnais, it is the perfect base from which to explore the region. Surrounded by picturesque villages and hiking trails, you can discover the cultural and gastronomic treasures of this beautiful region. A restaurant is available in the heart of the village The space Bright, totally renovated and carefully decorated house on two levels. On the ground floor, a large living room welcomes the fully equipped kitchen, utensils and dishes, 2 gas hob, range hood, microwave, mini oven, kettle, espresso coffee maker, mini refrigerator. We provide a few coffee pods and tea/herbal tea bags. On the other hand, the water comes from a treated but unanalyzed tank; we provide the water packs for the duration of your stay. A dining area with table and six chairs, TV, a pellet stove. A single sofa bed is also available to complete the sleeping possibilities. On this floor is the toilet. Upstairs, the bathroom consists of a sink, a shower. A large bedroom space with a double bed (140x190), one-person foldable extra bed. You have a dresser to store your belongings and a large TV. Pillows, blankets, linens, and bath towels are provided. Outside, you have a terrace going around the house, a lot, a garden furniture to fully enjoy the good weather and the panorama. Our garden and fruit trees complete this exterior. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the whole house and garden.
