cosy room in quiet village

hello and welcome to my home. I live in a 3 bedroomed semi with 1 room only avaliable to rent for 1 person, a second person may be added for additional fee. Sproughton is a quaint and peaceful village on the outskirts of Ipswich Nicely located for river views and walks in the countryside and parks but also a short bus ride (8b) into Ipswich town centre, with the bus stop only 2 minutes away. The room has a comfortable double bed, with wardrobe space. LGBTQ+ welcoming The space My house is spacious. I have two living areas. At the front with a fireplace, TV and sofa, and at the back with plenty of light, a large TV, large sofa and dining table. I have an open plan kitchen, with fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, induction hob and a very good bean to cup coffee machine. The bathroom is downstairs, there is a bath and a good shower - towels are provided. There is a south facing garden with outside furniture and a large cherry tree. There is spacious off road parking Guest access I will either be home or there will be a lock box outside of the house. please post the keys through the door on leaving.
