Comfortable, clean & peaceful double room, 3 minutes off the M1 at junction 25. Tea & coffee making facilities & TV in your room. Use of kitchen, washing machine & tumble dryer welcome by arrangement. 18 minute / 9 mile drive to East Midlands airport 30 minute / 11 mile drive to Nottingham city centre 24 minute /12 mile drive to Donnington Park The space Your double room has a very comfy double bed, a book case with various offerings, a chest of drawers and a generously stocked welcome tray. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements ahead of time for us to accommodate. Your room has both a kettle and a coffee machine. For your convenience, we always fill these with fresh water on your day of arrival, because nobody wants to have to faff about after a long journey when all you want is a nice cup of tea! There is also a TV with an Amazon fire stick. There are blinds to ensure your room is dark and you sleep in comfort! Guest access You are welcome to use your room, the shared bathroom and the kitchen too. We also have a downstairs shower room that is located opposite the front door and this shower is kept for the sole use of our guests. Please do feel free to use this rather than the shared bathroom. Let us know if you have washing or drying you'd like to do and we'll ensure we facilitate that for you. (this applies to stays of 2 days or more) The garden is a little piece of heaven with a peaceful and tranquil summer house which you are welcome to access and enjoy. During your stay We love meeting new people - but we also realise that sometimes you just want your own space. We'll be more than happy for you to guide us. We know the area like the back of our hand - so if you want local information or suggestions - shout up! Lisa works from home as a Visual Stress Consultant so will be happy to assist you between clients. Other things to note We'd appreciate you letting us know if you're going to be arrive super late - but realise the fun of being away is exploring new areas, so the lock box is there for your convenience!
