Hours are 11:00 AM-7:00 PM Friday-Sunday); boat ramp access, parks, and a fishing pier. Ideal for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Ask us about the nearby "point" for a beautiful sunset, or just enjoy it from our front deck! The space 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each; there is a twin size memory foam mattress available that is suitable to use as a pallet for child if needed (please request upon check-in so we can prepare it); 1 bath with shower; kitchen fully stocked with utensils, cookware and dishes, microwave, coffee maker (ground or K-Cups), stove, refrigerator, air fryer; 55" Smart TV with DVD player in Living Room, 43" Amazon Fire TV with DVD player in Bedroom 1; internet with Alexa Echo Dot (feel free to unplug if you are uncomfortable having Alexa available); full size washer/dryer; corn hole game, board and card games available; gas grill on large covered back porch; large front deck with lake view to enjoy your morning coffee on or watch the sunset over the lake while relaxing with an evening beverage. To use Community Facilities: You must provide host ahead of time with car make/model/color, and license plate number for a vehicle pass to park at the community pool, boat ramp, fishing pier and parks. A pass for your automobile will be left on the kitchen table. Please be aware the facilitis are available to our guests for their enjoyment and are not meant to be used for parties or large gatherings. The swimming pool has a limit of 4 people at a time for each household in the neighborhood. This ensures every member of the POA has an opportunity to use the pool. Pool opens on Memorial Day Weekend and closes on Labor Day Weekend. During the season, it is open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM-7:00 PM. Other things to note Getting There: If you are using GPS on your smartphone, the directions should be correct. If you are using your vehicle's GPS, it may try to have you turn on Eastdale Road. Eastdale Road is a DEADEND. If you are traveling North on FM 346, go past Eastdale road and watch for Shadybrook entrance on your left. If you are traveling South on FM 346, you will turn right into the Shadybrook entrance BEFORE Eastdale Road. You will be provided gate and door code the day before your arrival.
