Unit is 8-10 minutes from uptown Oxford and is situated on 6.69 acres. Quiet rural setting so you can relax and enjoy all that is Oxford. The space Quiet, rural setting. Close to town but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit. Other things to note • 2 Bedrooms and 2 Spacious Full Baths • Fireplace • 50" TV • Insignia Four Burner Cooktop, Oven, and Microwave • Coffee Station Unit contains two private bedrooms and two full baths. Towels, washcloths, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available in the unit for your stay. Beds come fully furnished with sheets, covers, and pillows. Closets have clothes hangers. Both bedrooms contain alarm clocks that have a charging station for your cellphone and watches. The kitchen island includes plenty of counter space, a deep stainless steel sink for easy clean up, residential refrigerator, and a hutch for more storage. Kitchen contains everything you need to prepare and serve meals. From a toaster to pots and pans, silverware, cups, spoons, etc. Coffee station is fully stocked with a variety of coffees, teas, creamer, and sugars ( artificial sweeteners also provided) as well as to go cups with lids and stir sticks. After dinner is cleaned up you can relax on the power theater seating in great view of the 50" TV. Theater seat includes a massager and reclines for ease of viewing. The TV is on an arm and can be turned towards the seating area. The unit includes a fireplace below the TV in the living room . Or you may just want to play a game of cards at the free-standing table with chairs and a bench seat. Kitchen table contains a wireless charging pad for cellphones and tablets. For your reading pleasure we have provided two books that go into the history of Oxford and Miami University. Unit has an on demand hot water heater, central air conditioning, electric, fully functional toilets, and furnace for comfort. Water usage is currently unrestricted. We do have WiFi to keep you connected.
