A large living room with 2-person sofa, with kitchen area, dishwasher, freezer, 2 bedrooms. Bunk beds can only accommodate children. Bathroom and walk-in shower. Washing machine – Wifi – Linens, towels and kitchen NOT provided. The accommodation will therefore only accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The space The apartment is rated 3 stars. It has an area of 50 m2 facing south. The living room has a 140 cm sofa bed, which is a comfortable bed for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Lots of dishes, glasses, Clipso pressure cooker, raclette and fondue set, traditional coffee maker and Sanséo. Electric cooktop, traditional oven and microwave. Fridge and freezer. Dish soap and dishwasher pods are provided. Bedroom 1 has a 140 m bed for 2 people. Bedroom 2 is for children with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm. These beds are for children only and are not suitable for adults. In all bedrooms there are duvets and pillows with extra blankets. Sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are not provided. The accommodation is equipped with underfloor heating over the entire surface. The bathroom is very spacious with double sinks and walk-in shower. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. Large closet. Secure ski room in winter that becomes a bike room in summer! Very nice enclosed exterior with in summer lawn, barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, game for young children (slide, sandbox, etc.) and in winter this space becomes a snowy playground for snowballs and snowmen! We diligently practice selective sorting. The cottage is equipped with a rainwater collector that feeds the flush. Guest access Independent entrance. Guests can use the large terrace. Other things to note In winter, in the event of heavy snowfall, it is recommended to have winter tires or snow chains. Please note that in the Cantal, winter equipment on cars is mandatory during the winter season.
