Welcome to our cozy country house, perfect for families and friends! With 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, it fits up to 10 people. Enjoy modern comforts in a charming country setting. Our 3-acre yard is great for play and relaxation, and we welcome dogs! Conveniently located, we're 10 minutes from Twin Oaks Winery, 9 minutes from Pickle Springs, and 2 miles from Farmington, MO. We also have a two-car garage and plenty of parking for guests. The space Three bedrooms upstairs for guests to use. King bed is in the master bedroom, the other two rooms are queens. Two bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen is available for use in cooking with tables and seats available in the dining room and sun room. Sunroom, deck, and patio furniture, tables, and grill are free to use for guests. Make yourself at home. Living room and master bedroom both have Roku TV's ready for guest use. Login your favorite app information and access your streaming apps. With the guest function whenever you put in your check out date you will be logged out of any apps you signed into. Couch and chairs available to enjoy television. House comes with WIFI at 1 gigabit speed for any to use. Down stairs has two bedrooms with a queen bed and two twin beds ready for use. Living room down stairs has 65 inch Roku TV set up for guests to login into favorite streaming app. Down comes with washer and dryer for clothes, iron and ironing board for wrinkles as well as poker/game table for games and provided puzzles. Guest access Guests have full use of the home except for the designated supply room. Cleaning and hosting staff only. Barn and shop on property are NOT for guest use.
